1 Introduction and Scope

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be immediately closed and any stored balance may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.2 Password and Account Security

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on bingo77 across all methods is ৳300. Currently supported methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Once a deposit is processed, it cannot be reversed.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit or registered to the account.

4.3 Transaction Verification

New members at bingo77 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000; before withdrawing, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are valid once only and are not transferable.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If bonuses are claimed from multiple accounts, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• bingo77 reserves the right to change the duration or terms of any bonus at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The bingo77 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver and up to 1.2% at Gold. Cashback is calculated on weekly net losses. Playing regularly allows you to move up to a higher tier.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Use

6.1 Permitted Gameplay

7.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is cancelled or ends before the scheduled time, bets are generally voided and stakes returned. For cricket matches where a result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method following partial play, that result will be considered valid.

7.3 Multi-Bets and Multiple Selections

In a multi-bet, if all selections are not correct, the entire bet is lost. If any single selection is voided, that leg is removed from the multi-bet and the remaining selections are recalculated.

13 Severability and Entire Agreement

If any clause of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between bingo77 and the user and replace any previous oral or written understandings.

In the event of any dispute, if an English version of these Terms exists and conflicts with the Bengali version, the English version will take precedence.
